INTRODUCTION

Bioengineering is a branch of engineering focusing on application of biological systems into the technology by considering engineering principles as well as interacting with medicine, basic science. Bioengineering was born in response to urgent needs in the world and it was modified depending on more convenient desings. Initially, most of the designs thought to be product of electronic and mechanical studies. However, it is almost impossible to make new designs disregarding anatomical and physiological properties. Herein, foods having improved quality with biotechnological techniques, green energy, needs of growing populations and any invesitagitons improving life quality of human being are studied under bioengineering department.
